AlphaWe adheres to all national, state, county, and event regulations. Violation of rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
Payment of Fees
I understand that I am responsible for the full payment of my selected costume as outlined in my registration. I acknowledge that all payment terms, including deposits and final balances, must be fulfilled in accordance with AlphaWe Art, Culture and Entertainment policies.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, INCLUDING IN THE EVENT OF NATURAL DISASTERS OR FESTIVAL CANCELLATION.
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in Carnival activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, crowd-related incidents, weather conditions, road conditions, and interactions with other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.
Alcohol Responsibility
I understand that alcohol may be present and/or provided during AlphaWe events. I agree to consume responsibly and accept full responsibility for my actions while under the influence. I release AlphaWe Art, Culture and Entertainment from any liability resulting from alcohol consumption.
Media Release
I grant AlphaWe Art, Culture and Entertainment the irrevocable and perpetual right to photograph, record, and use my likeness, voice, and participation in all forms of media.
I understand that:
- This authorization is granted in perpetuity and cannot be revoked
- I will not receive compensation for the use of my likeness
- AlphaWe may edit, alter, publish, and distribute such content for promotional and commercial purposes
- All media captured remains the property of AlphaWe Art, Culture and Entertainment
Medical Authorization
In the event of illness or injury during participation, I authorize AlphaWe representatives to seek and obtain medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I accept full responsibility for any associated medical costs.
Code of Conduct
I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, safe, and lawful manner at all times. AlphaWe reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of event rules without refund.
Force Majeure
I acknowledge that AlphaWe shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellation of events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
Age Confirmation
I confirm that I am 18 years or older, or I have provided appropriate parental/legal guardian consent as required.
